cleaning issues

lack of upgrades

I was almost impressed, but the cleaning was absoultely inadequate, with stained tables and an unserviced bathroom. To top it off, i expected a special treatment due to my expectations, perhaps a free upgrade, but that was sadly not the case. Very disappointing, i thought it would be a pleasure.

The hotel was nice sized, with extremely friendly and amazingly friendly staff and amazing location in the heart of the CBD. The room I stayed in was huge and fantastic with a bath tub, big windows plus a smoke alarm.

The room features a spacious shower and bathroom, giving a comfortable touch to otherwise standard accommodations. Bed was cozy enough for a quick crash after a night out.

Noise from the nightclub below rattles through the floors and into your room, especially on weekends. The lack of proper ventilation, dysfunctional air conditioning, and outdated room amenities detract significantly from comfort. A poor layout with limited furniture and cleaning inconsistencies add to the frustration.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Melbourne. The staff were friendly, offering assistance whenever needed.

Unfortunately, the noise from the attached nightclub kept me awake until 4 am on both nights.

Had a blast with friends! Great location near the Crown Casino and the Block Arcade. The rooftop terrace was perfect for chilling after exploring. The staff were friendly. Definitely check out the nightclub for some late-night fun. It really adds to the vibe.

One downside was the noise from the nightclub. It got pretty loud on Saturday nights, tough to sleep at times.

Great location near shops and restaurants! The staff was super friendly and even helped when I left my charger behind. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious, especially the coffee.
